Your role in our mission

• Supervise and coordinate activities of claims representatives, examiners, and support staff. Support temporary services or expand team support long term.
• Utilizes critical thinking and analytical expertise to analyze claims data and make recommendations to drive increase auto adjudication and improved processing
• Contributes to and develop business and operational strategies to improve efficiency, optimize profitability and maintain client satisfaction, as well as meet corporate objectives and goals.
• Monitor workloads, workflows, and productivity to ensure timely and accurate claims processing. Ensure SLAs are compliant across any supporting states, functions
• Monitors and drives efficient operations and productivity of the unit
  
  

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent, 2-year post-high school Degree, or bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of three (3) years of strong leadership experience
• Must have four (4) years of experience in a claim processing setting.
• Must have government healthcare or private sector healthcare claims experience in the processing of Medicaid claims.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet corporate, client, contractual, and SLA deadlines.
• Customer service skills with an emphasis on written and oral communication to respond to inquiries professionally. Strong communication skills, both written and oral

• Hybrid - On site office in Camphill Pennsylvania, Mon-Friday 8:00 AM –5:00 PM, Eastern Time
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with team members.

The pay range for this position is $50,600.00 - $72,300.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
