The pay range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. Your role in our mission
- Play a critical part in ensuring Gainwell is meeting our clients' objectives and delivering better health and human services outcomes.
- Lead and/or participate in Joint Application Design sessions (JAD) to work with the Stakeholders and develop business specs during the project initiation phase.
- Create technical design documents that include UML diagrams.
- Rapid prototyping and presenting conceptual design and working prototypes to the client.
- Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing large-scale web applications.
- Monitor and troubleshoot web applications, diagnose errors, and implement fixes.
- Liaise with clients and management to provide technical support on complex programming projects, validate program requirements, provide estimates, and resolve issues that may arise.
- Participate in QA activities such as technical design and code walkthroughs.Keep up to date on best practices and new technologies.
- Awareness of various design patterns and ability to apply them to solve recurring problems during software development.
What we're looking for
- 3 years of applications development and .NET programming using Oracle database
- Prervious experinece with healthcare and Medicaid systems is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of the .NET framework, ASP.NET, Web Services, and C# is crucial.
- Web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- In-depth knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0/2.1/2.2 standards.
