Your role in our mission
- Fulfill and distribute claim forms and envelopes to providers and internal units
- Prepare and mail Provider Welcome Packets and Family PACT educational material orders
- Envelope Labeling for outgoing Provider Packets
- Restocking Inventory Supplies (ability to lift up to 50lbs)
- Meter outgoing mail and create UPS labels for shipping
- Print and Mail provider letters
What we're looking for
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Must have office work experience and familiarity with postage equipment
- Participate productively as a member of a team; Expected to have an eye for detail, be self-motivated, use time management and organizational skills
- Computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, TEAMS, Outlook)
- Ability to lift 50lbs higher than shoulder weight and ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
What you should expect in this role
- Work on-site at West Sacramento, CA
- Hours 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Work on-site 5 days per week and maintain attendance that adheres to the Gainwell policy
The pay range for this position is $32,600.00 - $46,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
