A top plaintiff’s litigation firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join the team in Philadelphia.
Who You Are
- You have 8–15 years of complex litigation experience; mass torts or class action experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; ABA Paralegal Certificate preferred
- Strong knowledge of federal court procedures, e-filing, Bluebooking, and cite-checking
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Relativity, Lexis, and Westlaw
- Detail-oriented with exceptional research, organizational, and communication skills
What You’ll Do
- Support attorneys through all phases of complex litigation with a focus on discovery and trial preparation
- Prepare and electronically file court documents in federal court
- Cite-check, Bluebook, proofread, and organize briefs, motions, and other legal filings
- Conduct factual and legal research using online research platforms and litigation databases
- Coordinate trial materials, including exhibits, witness files, calendars, and trial notebooks
- Maintain case files, document databases, and litigation records while supporting special projects as needed

- Litigation filings and case materials are accurate, organized, and submitted on time
- Trial preparation is seamless and well-coordinated
- Attorneys receive responsive, high-quality litigation support
- Deadlines and competing priorities are managed efficiently with exceptional attention to detail
Salary Range: $90,000 – 120,000 annually, based on experience
Location: Philadelphia, PA – Hybrid
