About us
Gainesville Vision is a private, independent eye care practice founded in 2018 by an entrepreneurial doctor. We are growing, with a second location under construction in Ocala. Our processes, systems, and metrics are new and still in development. We are confident we provide the best eye care and results in the area.
The role
We want someone who can use their brain and their hands, wants to be part of something real, and doesn’t mind getting gritty. You’ll create processes and fix things on your own, whether that’s using AI to analyze a spreadsheet, holding a staff meeting to fix a closing procedure, or repairing a light fixture from the attic after hours. We need a leader-in-training who can learn to operate and grow our business. You don’t need to know anything about healthcare, glasses, or eyes. We’ll teach you how to set up our staff each day to hit the metrics that grew us from 0 to over $2M in annual revenue in 7 years. We built our business and facilities ourselves, and we want someone capable of managing it all.
Pay
You will never feel undercompensated if you perform in this role. Starting at $70,000, growing to $100,000 as we expand and you become an integral leader of the organization.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
