Duties
- Patrol school grounds regularly to monitor safety and deter misconduct
- Respond swiftly to emergencies, incidents, or conflicts involving students or staff
- Conduct criminal investigations related to school safety concerns or incidents
- Write detailed reports documenting incidents, investigations, and daily activities
- Provide first aid and CPR when necessary to assist injured individuals
- Engage with students through mentorship and conflict management strategies
- Collaborate with school administrators, parents, and community partners to promote security and positive behavior
- Utilize surveillance systems to monitor campus activity and identify potential threats
Experience
- Prior law enforcement experience with a focus on community policing or school safety preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for patrol duties
- TCOLE Certification required
Pay: $53,328.00 - $73,657.00 per year
