Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Finance & Insurance (F&I) role based at our Gainesville, FL dealership. The F&I Specialist will assist customers in securing financing for motorcycle purchases, present and sell finance and insurance products, and ensure compliance with all regulations. The role involves collaborating with the sales team, preparing finance applications, maintaining accurate paperwork, and providing superior customer service to enhance the overall buying experience.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of finance and insurance processes, including loan applications and compliance requirements
- Exceptional customer service and sales skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as dealership management systems or finance-related platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the automotive, motorcycle, or recreational vehicle industry is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in finance or sales are a plus
