We are growing and our team is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing installation team. Whether you have years of fencing experience or are looking to build a career in the industry, we'd love to hear from you.
Position: Full-Time/Part-Time Fence Installer
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Typical hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Overtime opportunities may be available
Pay:
Starting at $18/hour. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and performance. Experienced fence installers and crew leaders are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do:
- Install wood, vinyl, aluminum, and chain link fencing
- Set fence posts and build fence sections
- Install gates and hardware
- Load and unload materials
- Safely operate hand tools and power equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Work efficiently with the crew to complete projects on schedule
Qualifications:
- Fence installation experience preferred but not required
- Experience in framing, carpentry, roofing, or other construction trades is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and work outdoors in Florida weather
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well with a team and provide excellent customer service
