About the RoleThe Business Development Representative will join a dynamic sales team and play a critical role in driving growth. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this position will focus on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and setting the stage for successful sales engagements. This is an opportunity to master the fundamentals of sales, expand the user base, and play a pivotal role in the company’s success.
Responsibilities- Develop a strong understanding of the product suite to effectively communicate value to prospective clients
- Identify and research new leads through social, email, events, and other channels
- Leverage CRM and sales tools to build prospect lists, craft outbound messaging, and track results
- Partner with sales and marketing to ensure smooth transition of qualified leads
- Initiate conversations with decision-makers to build relationships and establish opportunities
- Maintain a strong pipeline to consistently achieve goals and KPIs
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and product developments
- Contribute as one of the first 50 employees, shaping the culture of a high-growth, venture-backed company
- Experience in customer-focused or sales-related roles within a high-growth environment
- Self-starter with the ability to prospect, manage, and qualify leads from day one
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organization, and attention to detail
- Relationship-driven with a passion for connecting with people
- Resilient, resourceful, and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced startup environment
- Enthusiasm for fintech, startups, and innovation
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
