Responsibilities:
Acknowledge and warmly welcome guests upon arrival.
Expertly service food and drink orders with a focus on quality.
Clearly explain menu items and specials, answering guests' questions with confidence.
Continuously pre-bus tables to maintain a clean and inviting dining space.
Engage in cleaning and side work to contribute to the overall efficiency of operations.
Requirements:
High School graduate or equivalent.
Minimum age of 18.
2 years of experience in fine dining preferred.
Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Courteous, friendly, respectful, and professional demeanor.
Well-groomed appearance reflecting the welcoming atmosphere.
Physical ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for extended periods.
Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and craft beer is a plus.
TABC certification.
Texas Food Handler certification.
