P&C IT Services provides professional services to help our business units and corporate functions use technology to create, manage, and optimize information and business processes. IT Services can include a wide range of activities such as: software development, data management, Cloud services, IT security, network security, technical support, establishing and overseeing access rights, procuring and maintaining equipment or software, managing the infrastructure, and defining security procedures, The overall goal of IT Services is to provide technology solutions that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and give our company a competitive advantage over our competitors. Our Claims Digital Lab is looking for a Product Intern to work a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in the office, 2 days remote) out of the Cincinnati office for the summer. The intern will work closely with a Product Manager who works with a team developing first notice of loss applications for the insurance industry. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management and the insurance technology sector. Responsibilities: Assist the Product Manager in the development and enhancement of first notice of loss applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing. Create user stories Requirements: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Basic understanding of product management principles Familiarity with insurance industry is a plus Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or Computer Science Sophomore or Junior Business Unit: Property & Casualty IT Services Benefits: Compensation varies by role, position level, and location.
