About GAI Insights
GAI Insights is an AI research and advisory firm based in Boston. We help companies, and especially private equity firms, adopt AI to raise revenue per employee. We sell AI research, AI fluency assessments, and AI training programs to firms aggressively driving competitive advantage with AI.
The Role
You will drive new business with private equity firms and hedge funds. You will generate awareness, build pipeline, and close deals for our AI research, assessment, and training offerings. This role fits a seller who thrives on outbound activity and executive conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate awareness and demand for GAI Insights among private equity and hedge fund decision makers
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads
- Run cold outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Work with founders who have warm leads from Harvard and MIT networks
- Use reference selling to convert prospects into clients
- Close sales for AI research, AI fluency assessments, and training engagements
- Present to senior executives with clarity and confidence
- Partner with the research and delivery teams to match offerings to client needs
- Aggressively use Claude to refine and improve your personal workflows
- Track activity and forecast accurately in HubSpot
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of enterprise sales experience
- Strong executive presence
- Proven success with cold calling and reference selling
- High enthusiasm for AI and its impact on financial services
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Self-directed and comfortable owning a number
- Thrive in a dynamic, growing startup environment
Preferred
- Based in New York City
- Experience selling to private equity or hedge funds
- Familiarity with ChatGPT or Claude and the enterprise AI market
