You'll play an integral role in creating exceptional interiors and building the long-term client relationships that are the foundation of our firm's success.
Responsibilities
- Lead luxury residential design projects from concept through installation.
- Collaborate with Principal and Lead Designers to develop innovative design concepts and client presentations.
- Build lasting client relationships while confidently presenting and guiding design decisions.
- Deliver compelling presentations that clearly communicate design intent and value.
- Produce detailed construction drawings, interior elevations, and AutoCAD documentation.
- Create or coordinate high-quality 3D renderings.
- Coordinate with architects, builders, contractors, artisans, and vendors.
- Manage project schedules, specifications, budgets, and timelines.
- Attend client meetings, construction site visits, and installations.
- Maintain the firm's high standards for design excellence and client service.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Minimum five years of residential interior design experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Experience producing construction documents and interior detailing.
- Experience creating or directing photorealistic renderings.
- Strong understanding of residential construction and custom home projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional residential design, construction documentation, and presentation abilities.
