Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- Provide accurate wait times and manage reservations and waiting lists
- Escort guests to assigned dining or bar areas and present menus
- Communicate with servers to ensure efficient seating and service flow
- Greet guests upon departure and thank them for dining with us
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Cater to guests requiring extra attention (such as families with children or elderly guests)
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with customer inquiries
- Support the wait staff and restaurant team as needed
- Strong customer service and communication skills (in-person and by phone)
- Good organizational skills with the ability to monitor the dining and bar areas
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability for shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Good physical condition to walk and stand during shifts
- Previous hosting or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be 16 years or older
