This position will train you to become a Print Department Production Lead. You’ll coordinate workflows, oversee production runs, and ensure safety, efficiency, and quality standards.

Job Description Detail:
· Coordinate: Work closely with other shift leaders to prioritize and direct departments’ workflow.
· Efficiency: Maintain production pace while minimizing waste.
· Ensure print quality standards are met on each job according to specifications.
· Support continuous improvement through training, encouragement, sharing knowledge and listening to suggestions.
· Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues. Learn equipment to perform routine maintenance.
Requirements:
· Experience troubleshooting mechanical issues
· Mechanical aptitude and experience with small machine repairs and understanding, for maintenance.
· Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
· Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
· Leadership and team collaboration skills
· Print or foil stamping experience is a plus
· Bilingual Spanish is a plus
· Enthusiastic, dependable and eager to take on new challenges

Full-time hours Mon - Fri 7:00am – 3:30pm
Hourly Position with seasonal OT available.
Salary: DOQ
