We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented New Vehicle Prep and Clean Up Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing new vehicles for delivery by thoroughly cleaning, detailing, and ensuring each vehicle meets our high standards of presentation. • Perform comprehensive cleaning of new vehicles, including interior vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and exterior washing.
• Conduct detailing tasks such as buffing, window tinting, and applying protective treatments to enhance vehicle appearance.
• Ensure all vehicles are free of dust, fingerprints, and any debris before delivery to customers.
• Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently to maintain vehicle cleanliness standards.
• Assist with janitorial duties around the dealership to maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Support other team members with general tasks as needed to uphold dealership presentation standards.
• Document completed work and report any vehicle issues or damages observed during preparation.

• Prior experience in car wash, detailing, or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Customer service skills are essential to ensure positive interactions with team members and customers.
• Experience with buffing, window tinting, or automotive cleaning techniques is advantageous.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required for moving vehicles as needed.
