Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Serving as the main point of contact for client enquiries, support, and follow-ups.
- Assisting new clients through onboarding and training processes.
- Monitoring client accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
- Gathering and analyzing feedback to improve client experience and internal processes.
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Tracking client engagement and preparing regular reports on account health and performance.
