This role may serve patients across Richfield, Utah. Ideal candidates live in or near Richfield, Utah, or can reliably commute to serve patients throughout the area.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum 1 year of post-acute experience preferred but not required
- Licensed provider in the state or ability to attain unrestricted state license
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Perform clinical assessment and appropriately manage patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests as appropriate
- Performs procedures as trained and appropriately credentialed
- Complete accurate and timely progress notes and admission/transfer orders
- Educates patient on disease and treatment plans
- Report to the Director of Behavioral Health and assigned Medical Director
