QUALIFICATIONS: Two years of College (96 Quarter Hours or 48 Semester Hours)
-or- Passing Work Keys Scores in Business Documents/Writing, Applied Math, and Workplace Documents
REPORTS TO: Principal
SUPERVISES: N/A
JOB GOAL: To assist teachers and students in such a way that the learning process for students will be enhanced.
PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Behaves ethically and refrains from disclosing information of a confidential nature.
- Demonstrates consistent integrity, dependability, and reliability.
- Maintains speech, appearance, and behavior which are appropriate to school.
- Demonstrates a supportive attitude toward the school program.
- Adheres to the assigned work schedule with consistency.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists assigned teacher with classroom materials, record keeping, and all other assignments so designated by assigned teacher.
- Works cooperatively with principal and other school personnel.
- Performs other reasonable and appropriate assignments as may be delegated by the administration in accordance with the policies of the Gadsden City Board of Education.
