Develop and expand new business opportunities across North America within advanced materials, composites, engineered plastics, insulation systems, and technical industrial applications.
Direct composites or materials engineering expertise is not required.
The company is open to commercially strong candidates from adjacent technical B2B manufacturing environments who can learn complex applications and build customer relationships.
About the Company
This is not a traditional “manage existing accounts” sales leadership role. We are looking for a commercially driven builder who enjoys opening markets, creating momentum, developing customer relationships, and helping shape a growing North American platform within engineered materials and composites.
Our client is an internationally established manufacturer of advanced engineered materials, electrical insulation systems, reinforced plastics, laminates, prepregs, and composite solutions used in technically demanding industrial applications across Energy, Mobility, Aerospace, Rail, Industrial Manufacturing, and other specification-driven environments.
The North American organization already has an established Energy business and operational infrastructure in place. The next phase focuses on expanding commercial traction across Composites and Industrial markets while building a scalable regional sales organization. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical curiosity with strong commercial instincts and leadership skills and enjoys operating in growth-oriented environments where structure, strategy, and market presence are still being built.
Responsibilities
- Build commercial traction across multiple industries including industrial manufacturing, mobility, aerospace, rail, and other technical B2B sectors.
- Drive strategic customer acquisition and establish long-term executive-level customer relationships.
- Position engineered material solutions within application-driven and specification-based customer environments.
- Collaborate closely with international engineering, production, and commercial teams.
- Help shape and scale the regional commercial organization as the North American platform continues to grow.
- Support market expansion initiatives, sales structure development, and future team growth.
- Operate as a highly market-facing commercial leader with strong ownership and visibility across North America.

Salary : $140,000 - $180,000
