Digital Finance Transformation
- Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation initiatives, including:
- System upgrades and migrations
- Finance process harmonization
- Adoption of SAP best practices
Drive digital enablement through:
- Automation (RPA, workflows)
- Embedded analytics and real-time reporting
- Integration with SAP BTP and cloud technologies
- Business Partnership & Governance
- Partner closely with Finance leadership (Controllership, Treasury, FP&A) to translate business strategy into system capabilities.
Required Skills & Expertise
- SAP & Technology Skills
- Strong hands-on and managerial experience with:
- SAP S/4HANA Finance / ECC FI-CO
- Treasury & Risk Management
- Controlling and Management Reporting
- Finance Domain Expertise
Deep understanding of:
- Financial accounting and controlling
- Treasury operations and cash management
- Period-end close and statutory reporting
- Knowledge of IFRS / GAAP and internal control frameworks.
