Serve as the central coordinator across approximately 16 stakeholder groups, including PW, Workplace
(Tech, Business, Analytics), and Martech.
Consolidate and manage roadmaps from each team to ensure alignment, visibility, and follow-through across workstreams.
Maintain a concise one-page executive status update client leadership, highlighting progress, milestones, dependencies, and decisions required.
Own RAID tracking across the program, including risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, and drive timely resolution/escalation.
