About the Role:
We’re looking for a positive, teamwork creative, detail-oriented Baker/Front of House Associate to join our team! You will be involved with everything from helping customers up front, making drinks and boxing orders to cookie doughs, fillings and frostings from scratch to decorating cupcakes and cookies, using your artistic skills and bakery know-how to bring sweet ideas to life.
Responsibilities:
- Bake cakes, cookies, and other baked goods according to bakery standards
- Prepare doughs, batters, buttercreams, fillings, and frostings from scratch
- Decorate cupcakes, and other baked goods with precision and flair
- Help with packaging, organizing orders, and customer pickups
- Serving Customers and running the register, making drinks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work area
- Collaborate with our team to keep things smooth, fun, and efficient
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in cake or pastry decorating (professional or strong portfolio)
- Comfortable with piping techniques, following recipes, culinary math, and knowledge of ingredients and kitchen etiquette
- A positive attitude and good time management under pressure
- Reliable and ready to help during busy weekends, holidays, and weddings
- Ability to follow directions and bring creative energy when needed
- (Bonus!) A baking & pastry degree or related training
