The Role
The Ecommerce Coordinator sits at the intersection of digital operations, marketing, and customer care — owning the day-to-day execution of our e-commerce platform, supporting broader digital marketing initiatives, and managing the customer care function. This is a hands-on role for someone equally comfortable in the backend of a website and a creative brainstorm: organized, proactive, and genuinely excited about luxury retail in a digital context.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end implementation and maintenance of the ecommerce site, including product uploads, copy, taxonomy, and overall customer journey online
- Responsible for reporting, escalating, and monitoring site experiences issues related to product availability, pricing, checkout, content accuracy etc.
- Manage the customer care function end-to-end, serving as the primary owner of Gorgias — overseeing ticket triage, response quality, and resolution workflows across order inquiries, returns, exchanges, and post-purchase issues; partner with the Global-E team on international order support; and maintain service standards aligned with the brand’s commitment to a premium client experience
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams — including Merchandising, Marketing and Production — to ensure accurate and timely product and content launches
- Maintain and monitor inventory accuracy across multiple platforms
- Assist in the briefing and execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, paid, and organic channels
- Assist with building, scheduling, and deploying email and SMS, including promotional and triggered messages
- Work with SEO agency to implement SEO strategies in order to improve organic rankings, site visibility, and traffic.
- Support the management of promotional calendars and ensure alignment across channels
- Pull and organize weekly reporting on traffic, conversion, channel, email and sales performance, surfacing key insights to the team
- Optimize on-site experience and use data to generate insights and find growth opportunities related to collections, search results, merchandising, assortment and user experience
- Help manage vendor and platform relationships, including third-party tools and integrations
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital retail best practices
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field; luxury or fashion experience a plus
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify) as well as third parties such as Global-E, Gorgias, and Klaviyo
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data and reporting tools
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines with precision and calm
- Excellent written communication skills and a sharp eye for detail
- A highly collaborative working style, with the professionalism and follow-through to build trust across teams
