Seasonal Holiday Light & Decor Installer (October - January)

Gabriel's Christmas, LLC is one of the regions’s premier Christmas decorating companies. In addition to our award-winning, year-round Christmas retail store in Jonesborough, TN, we provide decorating services for commercial and residential settings throughout Western North Carolina and East Tennessee.

NOTE: This is a seasonal position from October - January. Candidates MUST be able to commute to client locations within the Tri-Cities region. Some overnight travel to Western North Carolina is possible, but not required. This position requires the physical stamina to stand and/or move your body for extended periods of time; lift/move heavy objects; and, climb stairs, ladders, and step ladders.

Tasks will include:

• Assembling and refurbishing décor
• Installing decorations and displays at client locations
• Removing decorations and displays at the end of the holiday season
• Properly storing and maintaining all decorations

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Adheres to safety procedures and maintains a safe working environment.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with other team members.
• Available for flexible scheduling including nights and/or weekends.
• This is a physically demanding job where you must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time in various temperatures and able to lift 25 lbs. without assistance.
• Must be comfortable on a ladder.
• Fluent in English.
• A positive attitude.
• Keen awareness and attention to detail.
• A valid Driver’s License issued in the U.S. is preferred, but not required. This position must be able to commute to client locations where work is performed.
• TRANSPORTATION IS A MUST!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
