Leading NYS Personal Injury Law Firm in Rockville Centre is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Intake Paralegal to join our growing team of excellence!

With a team of highly skilled attorneys who specialize in personal injury law, the firm has consistently delivered outstanding results for their clients, securing significant settlements and verdicts in a wide range of cases. We have grown to five locations in the tri-state area.
The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year experience handling premises, automobile, construction, and municipal liability cases from inception through trial, strong multitasking, organizational and communication skills, adhere to deadlines, and detail oriented. The candidate must also have a desire to work within a collaborative environment that fosters a close-knit culture enabling professional growth a plus.
This is an * in-person position. *
Responsibilities:
· Participate in client interviews and intake
· Maintain calendar of appointments
· Maintain client files and important documents
· Communication with clients
· Manage property damage and lost wages claims
· Very high customer service skills and fast assignments turn around are required.
Qualifications:
· Knowledge with Excel
· Ability to work independently
· Excellent communication and organization abilities
· Experience using legal database software and tasking system
· Applicants without relevant experience will not be considered. Pay and benefits will be commensurate with experience and are competitive
· Bilingual preferred but not required
