Responsibilities
- Oversee daily jobsite operations, including field personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, logistics, layout, and site access
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and productive worksite across all trades
- Coordinate short-term schedules, subcontractor readiness, material flow, and field priorities
- Identify site issues early and work with project management to resolve delays, conflicts, scope changes, and cost impacts
- Conduct quality checks, punch list walks, safety inspections, toolbox talks, and incident documentation
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, walkthroughs, and project updates
- Lead with accountability, sound judgment, clear communication, and a team-first mindset
- Ten or more years of commercial or industrial construction experience
- Lead superintendent experience on projects valued at $3M or more
- OSHA 30 certification
- Ability to read and apply drawings, specifications, addenda, submittals, manuals, and installation instructions
- Working knowledge of construction methods, equipment, safety practices, and field coordination
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Procore experience is helpful but not required
- Comfortable working within an EOS-driven organization
- $38 to $45 per hour
