Responsibilities
- Territory Strategy: Serving as the primary technical consultant and Territory Manager across SE Minnesota, balancing new business acquisition with account maintenance.
- Consultative Engineering: Providing in-depth technical support and consultative engineering evaluations for clients managing water systems and manufacturing processes.
- Chemistry & System Design: Assessing industrial water chemistry, flow requirements, and process limitations to develop customized, automated water treatment solutions.
- Client Collaboration: Working closely with facility managers and plant engineers to plan mechanical system upgrades, fluid control designs, and chemical treatment strategies.
- Lifecycle Sales Management: Overseeing the entire sales cycle—from technical prospecting to final contract closing and long-term retention.
- Field Engagement: Traveling daily throughout the assigned territory for in-person customer engineering reviews.
- Collaboration: Fostering a team-oriented culture by sharing market insights and working with internal engineering staff to optimize field performance.
