Join our Cleveland, Akron, or Wooster team in Northeast Ohio as a dedicated leader within the Personal Tax Advisory Group. We are looking for a seasoned Tax Vice President who will excel in overseeing high-net-worth individual and business owner tax projects. This position is vital for those with a deep knowledge and background in individual, fiduciary, and gift tax planning and compliance, with a focus on International Tax Planning and Compliance expertise.
Key Duties:
- Guide and supervise intricate client relationships and tax projects.
- Manage and coach the leadership team to support their professional development.
- Ensure all personal tax projects meet or surpass client expectations.
- Supervise larger and complex client tasks, particularly in Individual Tax.
Essential Requirements:
- CPA credential.
- At least 15 years of relevant experience; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team oversight skills.
- Proficiency in flow-through entity tax regulations and tax analysis.
- Proven success in business growth.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with tax software, planning tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Preferable experience in International Tax Planning and Compliance.
