In this role, you’ll take full ownership of performance — overseeing cost, quality, methods, and output — while inspiring your team to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement every day.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire: Manage a team of about 150 employees, including supervisors, team leads, and production staff, to deliver top-quality products on time and within budget.
- Drive efficiency: Streamline processes, reduce lead times, optimize resources, and boost productivity using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
- Collaborate and innovate: Work closely with Operational Excellence, Supply Chain, Quality, and Planning teams to improve workflow and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Solve problems: Monitor schedules, address production challenges, and develop solutions that keep operations running smoothly.
- Champion improvement: Research and implement new equipment and technologies that enhance throughput and reduce costs.
- Build a strong culture: Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and pride in performance.
- Empower your team: Mentor employees, support career growth, and recognize achievements to keep motivation and productivity high.
- Support company goals: Deliver on key objectives in safety, quality, cost, and delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and business success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 3–5 years of experience with assembly.
- Experience with low-volume, high-mix, or working for an OEM.
- Proven success applying Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, or other continuous improvement tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills — you know how to get the best out of people.
- A track record of problem-solving and driving measurable improvement.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
- Willingness to work overtime or weekends when production demands it.
- Competitive pay: $110k–130k annually (based on experience and qualifications).

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
