Position Summary:
For the Multifamily Project Manager looking to transition to the owner’s side, this role involves managing construction projects seamlessly for the project owner. Responsibilities include overseeing construction progress, managing changes during construction, and ensuring all tasks necessary for successful project delivery are completed. The role also focuses on maintaining the company and client perspective on key project elements.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise Multifamily Construction Processes
- Manage change orders during construction
- Coordinate owner-requested changes during construction
- Facilitate communication between Construction and the operator
