Join our team in Lancaster, SC as a Training Operations Coordinator! We are looking for a dedicated individual to work closely with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facing roles to ensure proper training compliance for both new hires and existing employees. This role focuses on maintaining and administering training requirements to meet performance expectations.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Ops and GMP related OJT programs.

Collaborate with OJT trainers and supervisors to ensure accurate documentation of training records following good documentation practices.

Assist in creating or updating OJT training modules, plans, and programs.

Coordinate training schedules for GMP facing new hires and OJT trainers.

Monitor and communicate training requirements for Operations and GMP personnel.

Deliver OJT training in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Identify and report any irregularities in materials, processes, or equipment for necessary updates.

Work with OJT trainers to develop new training materials and update existing ones as needed.

Aid in updating and maintaining operational SOPs and work instructions.

Troubleshoot and resolve training issues for Operations and GMP employees.

Collaborate with Operations management to provide necessary training for employees.

Support in organizing Employee Orientation, yearly cGMP, and other training sessions.

Assist with department responsibilities such as learning week activities and training promotions.

Stay informed on operational and safety issues to provide training support as needed.

Perform any other duties as assigned to meet company objectives.
Administrative Duties:

Manage daily administrative tasks to support Operations and GMP training including processing forms and maintaining training records.

Monitor training status in LMS and ensure compliance with metrics and reporting.

Handle Monthly Operations Metric report and other reporting requirements.

Assist employees with LMS access for training completion.

Create job aids and training materials as needed for the department.

Identify areas for continuous improvement in operations.

Engage in investigations, problem-solving, and safety program training improvement efforts.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, dietary supplement, or food industry with knowledge of cGMP regulations. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple projects, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office suite, effective team communication, and experience facilitating training to large groups.
Education and Experience:
Proven experience in Operations or related role, preferably in QA or Training. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred. Knowledge of databases and LMS experience desired.
