This is an on-site role for someone local or commutable who enjoys solving customer problems, preparing technical quotes, and supporting B2B customers with industrial parts, equipment, and fluid power solutions.

Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quotes for industrial products, replacement parts, and custom solutions
- Respond to customer calls and emails with pricing, availability, order updates, and product recommendations
- Work with vendors and manufacturers to confirm cost, lead times, and technical details
- Partner with outside sales on key accounts and customer opportunities
- Maintain customer, quote, and order information in ERP and CRM systems
- Help support and guide less experienced inside sales team members
- Hands-on inside sales experience in a B2B industrial or technical product environment
- Ability to read technical drawings, diagrams, or product specifications
- Strong math skills, including percentages, ratios, fractions, and decimals
- Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Professional communication skills with a customer-first approach
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 35 pounds
