What You’ll Do
- Build new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with engineering and executive teams
- Serve as the main contact for assigned accounts, overseeing both day-to-day activity and long-term planning
- Promote automation solutions including PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, servo systems, and motors
- Align customer product roadmaps with tailored solutions to uncover future opportunities
- Partner with product management teams to advance new technologies
- Deliver revenue growth and accurate forecasting while ensuring timely project execution
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BSEE preferred)
- Hands-on background selling industrial automation components
- Strong track record in strategic sales planning and execution
- Ability to communicate effectively across technical and executive levels
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally
- Competitive salary range of $121K–$203K, including 35–45% bonus
- Relocation support available; sponsorship possible for qualified candidates
