Our client is hiring an HVAC Technician to service apartment and high-rise boiler systems throughout Northeast Ohio. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on HVAC/boiler expertise who wants to work in a stable, family-oriented company.

- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and boiler systems in apartment communities
- Diagnose and fix electrical and mechanical issues with heating/cooling systems
- Service hydronic and steam boilers and related equipment
- Respond to maintenance needs promptly with dependable service
- Current HVAC certification (CFC required)
- At least 2 years of residential or apartment HVAC/boiler experience
- Ability to rebuild and replace pumps, service Johnson HVAC systems, and repair boilers
- Physically able to lift/move 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel (company vehicle or mileage provided)
- Reliable and punctual work habits
- $35–$45 per hour
