- Travel: Up to 20 days annually for field testing, client installations, or aerospace validation
- Requirements: US work authorization needed; Residence within daily commuting distance of the site

Daily Responsibilities
- Execute precise soldering and PCB assembly to quality standards for prototypes and production runs
- Diagnose and resolve hardware deviations within electrical assemblies and circuit components
- Collaborate with design engineers for board layouts, prototype builds, and testing
- Assist with project coordination, BOM development, and sourcing technical components
- Create technical documentation and support quality assurance activities
Requirements & Qualifications
- Solid experience in electronics assembly and soldering
- Proficient in interpreting wiring diagrams and troubleshooting circuits
- Ability to solve problems independently
- Self-motivated with strong shop management skills
- Preferred: Experience with LED lighting, NVIS systems, SolidWorks, or military background
- Local to Brownsville, WI Area
