Your Duties:

• Frequent dialogue with clients to guarantee utmost satisfaction
• Supervising construction sites starting from the design phase, subcontractor selection & scheduling to safety oversight through finalization.
• Negotiating with contractors/vendors as well as job site advancement and production.
• Monitoring budgets and supervising project expenditures.

Requirements

• Applicants need background in residential construction (preferably in On-Site or distributed lot construction).
• Handling multiple projects simultaneously (typically 8-10).
• Qualifications comprise of a 8 year established history of successful project leadership and within Fresh Dwelling Construction.
• Applicants must exhibit strong contractor management & possess exceptional communication skills with customers/clients.
