This role offers the opportunity to work across CNC machining centers, manual mills, and manual lathes, producing precision components while taking ownership of setups, tooling, and machining operations.

This role offers multiple shift options depending on availability and preference. Day shift operates Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with overtime available. Night shift runs Monday through Thursday from 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM, also with overtime opportunities. Weekend day shift is Friday through Sunday from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and weekend night shift is Friday through Sunday from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, both structured as 36 hours worked with pay equivalent to 40 hours.

What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate CNC machining centers, manual mills, and manual lathes
- Position and secure workpieces, fixtures, and tooling for machining operations
- Select appropriate cutting tools, materials, and machining parameters
- Machine parts to precise specifications using CNC and manual equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and gauging sheets to ensure accuracy
- Measure and inspect parts using micrometers, gauges, and precision instruments
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot machining issues and ensure proper tooling performance
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment aligned with 5S standards
- 3 years of CNC machining experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience holding tight tolerances
- Proficiency using micrometers and precision measurement tools
- Understanding of tooling, feeds, and speeds
- Ability to read and understand G-code
Salary : $22 - $28
