The Ideal Candidate Will Take On The Following Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive strategy focusing on strengthening relationships with key healthcare professionals, clinicians, hospitals, and specialists.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with leading physicians, healthcare institutions, and KOLs.
- Partner with KOLs to develop content that reflects best practices in patient care and educates clinicians.
- Establish and manage an ongoing speaker program to showcase the value of products in the clinical setting.
- Direct the development and delivery of educational content and training programs for healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create digital content including expert interviews, case studies, and success stories.
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree including MS, PhD, PharmD, MD.
- 5 years of clinical or medical device, biotech, or pharma industry experience.
- 7 years of experience in professional relations, medical affairs, or healthcare marketing.
- Proven track record of building and managing relationships with KOLs, physicians, academic institutions, and other key stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in directing educational programs and speaker engagements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate customer feedback and market trends into actionable insights for business strategy.
- Ability to work hands-on and get involved in the details and travel 30-50% nationally.
