This full-time, onsite role in Southern Minnesota offers the opportunity to work with ductile iron castings, simulation software, and continuous improvement in a hands-on environment. Located about 90 minutes south of Minneapolis.

What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Must have:
- Experience in manufacturing environments
- Strong CAD modeling skills, blueprint reading, and design for manufacturability
- Highly preferred:
- Experience with foundry processes, continuous improvement, and tooling design
- Nice to have:
- Exposure to casting simulation software
- Familiarity with CNC machining environments
- Design ductile iron castings using CAD and simulation software
- Provide technical support to internal teams and customers
- Optimize designs for manufacturing and foundry processes
- Conduct design evaluations and participate in reviews
- Support continuous improvement and tooling initiatives
