*Overview* We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to our residents. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
*Responsibilities* - Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting - Provide friendship and emotional support to clients - Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals - Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior - Assist with meal preparation and feeding - Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients - Support clients with mobility and transfers *Skills* - Experience in memory care, group home, social work, assisted living, or home care settings is preferred - Knowledge of first aid procedures - - Proficient in resident observation and reporting - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Empathy and patience when working with our residents
