In Home Care: Direct Care Support

We are hiring professional, motivated In‑Home Caregivers to support clients in a non‑medical setting. This role is ideal for caregivers who are dependable, self‑driven, and take pride in delivering exceptional care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities and personal care
• Administer/Provide medication reminders per care plan and training
• Provide companionship while maintaining client dignity and privacy
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a care team

Requirements:

• Current First Aid & CPR certification (willing to obtain within 30 days)
• Pass a Background check before working alone
• Pass a Drug Test
• Have a current Driver’s License
• Have Valid Care Insurance
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks without constant supervision
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor

Preferred Qualities

• Medication Administration certification or training (not required)
• Experience working with individuals within their private homes
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and self‑motivation
• Flexible, team‑oriented attitude with the ability to step in when needed
• Passion for providing exceptional, personalized care

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: Private individual homes

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
