• Provide high-quality patient care to adults with acute conditions requiring close monitoring and specialized interventions.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and utilize advanced equipment.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care.
