Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and in person at the front desk
- Manage appointment scheduling, calendar coordination, and office bookings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and guiding clients through processes with clear communication
- Perform data entry, filing, and record keeping to maintain accurate customer and administrative records
- Assist with office management tasks such as inventory tracking, proofing documents, and maintaining organized files
- Support clerical duties including typing correspondence, proofreading documents, and managing office supplies
- Handle phone etiquette with professionalism while managing multiple calls efficiently in a busy office setting
Experience
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a requirement that enhances communication with diverse clients
- Previous office experience or clerical background with strong organizational skills
- Proven customer service experience demonstrating patience, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is a plus for handling basic financial transactions
