RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide clear information about insurance products and services.
- Cross-sell by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate additional products or coverage options.
- Assist customers with policy applications, renewals, and related service requests.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, recommendations, and next steps.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Sales mindset with a willingness to push beyond your comfort zone and improve continuously.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
