Gabby & Threads is a growing custom embroidery and apparel business located in Nashville, TN. We're looking to add a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented person to our production team!
We specialize in custom embroidered apparel and we're looking for team members who are excited to learn, stay organized, and help keep our daily production running smoothly.
No embroidery experience? No problem! We're happy to train the right person!
This is a hands-on position that's perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
As a small business, teamwork and reliability are extremely important to us. We're looking for individuals who are motivated, dependable, and willing to jump in wherever help is needed.
Responsibilities
- Operate and assist with embroidery machines (training provided)
- Prepare garments and materials for embroidery production
- Trim threads, remove backing, and complete finishing work on embroidered items
- Inspect completed products to ensure accuracy and quality
- Package and prepare customer orders for pickup or shipping
- Organize inventory, garments, and production supplies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Assist with daily production schedules and workflow
- Support other studio tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications
No previous embroidery experience is required!
We're looking for someone who:

- Can follow directions and learn new processes quickly
- Is comfortable working in a hands-on production environment
- Can work independently while also being a team player

- Is comfortable performing repetitive tasks and standing for portions of the workday
- Takes pride in doing things correctly and producing quality work
Previous experience in embroidery, apparel production, order fulfillment, or a similar hands-on environment is a plus, but not required.
Schedule & Compensation
- Starting pay: $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Hours: 35–40 hours per week
- Days: Monday–Friday
- Shift options: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Location: In person at our Nashville studio near Wedgewood-Houston
