Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist/Hand Therapist based in Vancouver, WA. The role involves assessing and treating patients with a focus on hand therapy, developing customized therapy plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing rehabilitation services, monitoring progress, educating patients and families, and maintaining detailed records to ensure the highest level of care.
Qualifications
- Experience in hand therapy or CHT is highly preferred but all candidates sill be considered
- Familiarity with medical practices associated with treatment plans and patient care management
- Strong interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Valid occupational therapist license in the state of Washington
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
