12 days out / 2 days home
Consistent schedule designed to keep you productive while maintaining work-life balance
📦 Freight Details
100% No-Touch Freight
50–60% Drop & Hook
40–50% Live Unload
No Forced NYC Dispatch – Drivers are not required to enter NYC or the five boroughs
🛣 Running Area
Freight runs across all 48 states
Majority of loads run east of I-35
Suggestive dispatch system that recommends loads based on:
Available freight
Driver location
Safety and earning potential
📊 Mileage
Average: ~2,000 miles per week
Top performers: 2,300–3,000 miles per week
Average Length of Haul: ~400 miles
💰 Pay & Additional Compensation
Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after the 2nd hour (or higher if required by law)
Layover / Breakdown Pay: $100 per day (or higher if required by law)
Performance Bonus
Earn up to an additional 3 CPM
Based on safety, mileage, and productivity
Bonus begins the first of the month after hire
💵 Top 20% of OTR drivers at the JAX terminal earn $1,500 per week
🎓 Trainer Program (Optional – Increase Your Earnings)
Drivers with 1 year of OTR experience can join our trainer program:
$250 additional pay per week while a student is on your truck
Up to $1,000 bonus once your student upgrades
Potential to earn up to $20,000 more annually
Eligibility requires 30 days of safe driving with the company.
