Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Position Purpose: MRI Technologist to work in the Radiology Department at Sacred Heart Hospital in Lavonia, Georgia. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am to 4:30pm What you will do: Under the direction of the technical supervisor/team leader, the imaging assistant is responsible for direct patient care activities and clerical duties as assigned by MRI. direct patient flow through the department, greet and escort/transport patients within the imaging department and back to the patient room or Emergency Department. What you will need: Licensure/Certification/Registration: Registered MR or registry eligible with ARRT (MR) Must have current BLS thru American Heart Association. Education: Graduate of formal Radiographic technology training in an AMA-Approved school. Experience: One year experience in hospital environment as MRI Technologist preferred.
