This full-time on-site role, located in Virginia Beach, VA, is for an HVAC-R Technician. The technician will be responsible for performing system troubleshooting, completing repair and maintenance tasks, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with EPA regulations. Additional responsibilities may include evaluating system performance, identifying potential issues, and delivering consistent, high-quality service to clients.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance of HVAC-R systems
- Knowledge of Plumbing and Electricity related to HVAC-R systems
- Understanding of and compliance with EPA standards and regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset
- Excellent time-management, organizational, and communication abilities
- Valid driver's license and ability to work on-site at client locations
- Relevant certifications, such as EPA Section 608, are a plus
- Previous experience as an HVAC-R technician or in a related field is highly beneficial
